No Change-of-Mind Returns

Please note that Hyperice Singapore does not offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy. All goods sold through our Singapore store are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@pfc.sg so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges unless for warranty-related issues. For eligible warranty claims, please refer to the Warranty section below.

Warranty Policy (Singapore Only)

All Hyperice products purchased from our Singapore store (www.hyperice.sg) come with a 1-Year Local Manufacturer's Warranty. Warranty coverage is based on valid proof of purchase (e.g., sales receipt, invoice, online bank transfer, or order confirmation).

Warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues such as:

  • Devices that fail to charge
  • Physical or cosmetic damage not caused by misuse
  • Malfunctioning components

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

  • Products purchased outside of Singapore
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Damage due to misuse, accident, or neglect
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Missing proof of purchase

How to Claim Warranty

Please email to us at hello@pfc.sg with a description of the issue, along with photos or videos of the defect.
